A warm and welcoming nursery setting in Bushey is seeking two dedicated Early Years Practitioners to join their supportive team from February 2026. Following recent staff changes, the setting is looking for individuals who bring energy, reliability, and a genuine passion for nurturing children’s early development. The nursery offers in-house training, ongoing support, and a positive team culture that values professional growth.

What We’re Looking For:

• A full Level 3 qualification in Early Years/Childcare.
• Experience working in Nursery or Reception settings.
• A nurturing and enthusiastic approach with a passion for supporting early childhood development.
• Ability to plan and deliver engaging, developmentally appropriate activities.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver and support high-quality EYFS learning experiences in line with the EYFS framework.
