SEN Teaching Assistant – Full-TimeLocation: Watford Are you passionate about supporting children with Special Educational Needs and helping them reach their full potential? About the Role:This full-time, term-time position is ideal for someone who is caring, proactive, and passionate about SEN education. You will work closely with pupils, teachers, and the SEN team to support individual learning plans, encourage positive behaviour, and help remove barriers to learning. Key Responsibilities:• Provide 1:1 and small group support to pupils with a range of SEN, including autism, learning difficulties, ADHD, and physical or sensory needs.
