Science Teacher – Secondary

Location: Crawley & Surrounding Areas

Contract: Full-Time / Part-Time – Flexible Days

Salary: Paid to scale (M1–UPS3) or £130–£150 per day

Hours: School hours (typically 08:30–15:30)

We’re looking for dedicated and adaptable Science Teachers to join our supply team across Crawley and the surrounding areas. Every day brings new classes, new challenges, and fresh opportunities to spark a love of learning.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Delivering engaging and well‑structured Science lessons across KS3 and KS4 (and KS5 where applicable)

• Creating a positive, inclusive, and well‑managed learning environment

• Adapting quickly to different school settings, timetables, and student needs

• Supporting pupil progress and promoting strong behaviour and engagement

• Working collaboratively with school staff and following school policies

What We’re Looking For

• UK Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)

• Experience teaching Science in secondary schools

• Strong subject knowledge and confident classroom management

• Adaptable, reliable, and enthusiastic approach

• Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one)

• Ability to plan, deliver, and assess lessons independently when required
