Experienced Primary Teacher – Year 3 Maternity Cover

Contract: September to February half term

Hours: 8-4 (extra paid for staying for parents evening)

Location: Hedge End area

Pay: M3-M6

We are seeking an experienced and confident primary teacher to take on a Year 3 maternity cover in a warm, community‑focused, three‑form‑entry school. T

This role is ideal for a teacher with at least two years of classroom experience who can quickly build relationships, deliver high‑quality lessons and maintain a positive, inclusive learning environment. You will have the support of parallel‑class teachers, established planning structures and a leadership team that values collaboration and professional growth.

• Experienced primary teachers with strong classroom practice
• Ability to create an inclusive, supportive learning environment
• QTS (Qualified Teacher Status)
