Secondary School Learning Support Assistant – Watford

Salary: £85 - £110 per day

Are you a passionate Learning Support Assistant ready to support and inspire secondary school students? Supply Desk is seeking a dedicated individual to join a supportive secondary school in the Watford area. The successful candidate will work closely with students across Key Stages 3 and 4, helping them to achieve their full potential both academically and personally.

This is an excellent opportunity for experienced LSAs, graduates, or individuals looking to develop their career within education in a positive and ambitious school environment.

What You’ll Do:

• Provide classroom support to students across Key Stages 3 and 4.
• Work with students on a one-to-one basis and in small groups to support learning and engagement.
• Assist teachers in delivering lessons and maintaining a positive learning environment.
• Support students with additional learning needs, helping to build confidence and independence.
• Encourage positive behaviour, wellbeing and participation in school activities.

The ideal candidate will have:

• Experience working with children or young people in an educational or support setting.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• A patient, supportive and enthusiastic approach to working with students.
