We’re looking for a dedicated, enthusiastic Intervention Teaching Assistant to join a supportive school in Hughenden this April. This is a rewarding opportunity to work closely with pupils who need extra support, delivering targeted interventions that truly make a difference.

 Your Role

As an Intervention TA, you will:
Deliver focused literacy and numeracy interventions to small groups or 1:1
 Support pupils in closing learning gaps and building confidence
 Work collaboratively with teachers to track progress and adapt strategies
 Create a positive, engaging environment that inspires learning

We want someone who is:
Passionate about education and pupil progress
Confident supporting English & Maths interventions
 Patient, adaptable, and nurturing in approach
 Experienced as a Teaching Assistant / Learning Support Assistant (preferred)
 Committed to helping every child achieve their best
