We’re on the hunt for a talented Software Developer ready to bring energy, curiosity, and innovation to a collaborative team that’s shaping the future of customer communication.

You’ll be joining a talented engineering group focused on building and evolving a dynamic large-scale platform —the centre for multichannel customer interactions. As part of this backend team, you’ll play a central role in crafting powerful tools that scale with demand, elevate user experiences, and unlock new capabilities for the business.

What You Bring

• Hands on with C#, .Net, SQL.
• Solid understanding of CI/CD pipelines, automation, and modern development workflows
• Experience in cloud-based software development
• Comfortable communicating technical ideas to both engineers and non-tech stakeholders
• Proven ability to contribute to complex software delivery lifecycles
• Either a relevant degree or real-world experience

What You’ll Do

• Build and maintain scalable, high-performance backend services
• Dive into existing systems to improve, optimize, and future-proof the codebase
• Get hands-on in troubleshooting and resolving infrastructure and platform issues
• Collaborate with stakeholders across the business to shape solutions and provide technical insights
• Support product testing and quality control processes during project rollouts
• Contribute to estimates, planning, and proposals with a problem-solving mindset
• Drive clean code practices and continuously identify opportunities to improve systems and processes
