Skills and experience required:

  • Dynamics 365 Business Central Platform experience is essential
  • Experience in software application support and IT systems.
  • Experience of 3rd or 4th line support
  • Proficiency in database management and query languages. (Oracle / SQL)
  • ERP experience - legacy environments
  • Knowledge of cyber security best practices.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent communication skills to support end-users effectively.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
  • Certifications in application management or IT-related fields.

Responsibilities:

  • Application Management: Install, configure, and maintain business applications.
  • Issue Resolution: Diagnose and resolve software-related problems.
  • Upgrades & Patches: Implement updates and enhancements.
  • Data Security: Ensure application security and compliance with company policies.
  • User Support & Training: Assist employees in effectively using applications.
  • Performance Monitoring: Analyse and improve application efficiency.
  • Collaboration: Work with developers and IT teams to enhance software functionality.
  • Documentation: Maintain detailed records of configurations and troubleshooting procedures.
