2nd Line Technical Support Contract 12 month intinally Rate p/d - Open County Wexford, Drinagh - Onsite Requirement TBC Start Date – ASAP
The Role – The role involves serving as a 2nd line technical support professional to address both onsite and online user tickets. The Client maintains a user base of 600 individuals onsite and a more extensive online presence spanning Europe and the Americas.
Key requirements Desktop Support Experience: Proficiency in addressing desktop-related technical issues and inquiries. Office 365 Experience: Familiarity with Microsoft Office 365 suite, including troubleshooting and user support. Dell Hardware Experience: Expertise in working with Dell hardware components, resolving hardware-related concerns. Service Now Experience: Competence in utilizing Service Now, a platform for IT service management and support. Windows 10/11 Experience: Hands-on experience with Windows operating systems, including troubleshooting and user assistance. Set Up Experience (Audio Visual): Proficient in setting up and troubleshooting Audio Visual equipment, ensuring seamless functionality for presentations and meetings.
