Shape the Digital Presence of a Global Engineering Leader

DRA Global is looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist to drive our digital presence across multiple platforms and help showcase the world-class projects we're delivering around the globe.

This is a hands-on role where you'll own digital campaigns from concept to reporting, manage our online presence, create engaging content, and use data-driven insights to continually improve performance. Working within a collaborative in-house marketing team, you'll play a key role in strengthening DRA's digital brand and engagement.

The role entails:

• Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels

• Manage and grow our LinkedIn and Facebook communities

• Create compelling digital content aligned with business objectives

• Analyse campaign performance and provide actionable insights and reporting

• Manage website content and work with external web partners

• Identify digital trends and opportunities to improve engagement

• Collaborate with our graphic designer to bring campaigns to life using Canva

Experience and Qualifications:

• Degree in Marketing or a related field

• 3+ years' experience as a Digital Marketing Specialist or similar

• Experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads, Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager

• Experience using WordPress, Umbraco or SharePoint

• Strong SEO knowledge

• Excellent written communication and analytical skills

• Previous B2B digital marketing experience will be advantageous
