Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Executive – New Business to drive enterprise opportunities across Dotcom’s Microsoft offerings. This role focuses on expanding our local and regional client base with services, licenses, and solutions across the Microsoft stack of cloud technologies. (Azure, Dynamics 365, Power Platform, Fabric, Copilot/AI, Professional Services)
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, prospect, and secure new business opportunities for Microsoft services and solutions.
- Manage the full sales cycle, from lead generation and qualification through to proposal, negotiation, and closure.
- Build and maintain strong executive-level relationships, acting as a trusted advisor to clients.
- Collaborate with internal pre-sales, technical, and delivery teams to develop tailored solution proposals.
- Stay informed of Microsoft’s roadmap and market trends, positioning Dotcom as a strategic partner.
- Consistently achieve or exceed revenue and growth targets.
- Accurately manage pipeline and forecasting through CRM and other sales tools.
Qualifications & Experience
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in enterprise sales, with a strong track record in new business development.
- Proven knowledge of Microsoft solutions, including Azure, Dynamics 365, Power Platform, Fabric, and Copilot/AI services.
- Experience in consultative selling, able to demonstrate business value and ROI to C-suite stakeholders.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
- Comfortable engaging with senior decision-makers such as CIOs, CTOs, and CFOs.
- Resilient, target-driven, and highly self-motivated.
- Proficiency in using CRM systems and digital sales tools to manage leads and opportunities.
- Degree in Business, IT, or related field (MBA or Microsoft certifications advantageous).
