Marketing Manager - FMCG
Reading / Hybrid
Salary up to £50,000 DOE

We are seeking a hands-on Marketing Manager to plan and deliver impactful B2B campaigns that drive growth in a fast-paced FMCG environment. This hybrid role requires 3 days in the office plus occasional UK travel.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Own and manage the campaign calendar
  • Plan and deliver multi-channel marketing campaigns
  • Manage campaigns end-to-end
  • Collaborate with sales, buying, and suppliers
  • Lead brand activations and promotions
  • Support trade events and product launches
  • Track performance and optimise campaigns

REQUIRED SKILLS:

  • Strong campaign management experience
  • Knowledge of FMCG or trade marketing
  • Experience with multi-channel campaigns
  • Data-driven with analytical skills
  • Full UK driving licence
