Key Responsibilities:
CAPA System Management:
- Manage the electronic CAPA system effectively, ensuring all employees understand and utilize it correctly.
- Conduct thorough root cause investigations for all CAPA complaints, interpreting evidence to drive corrective actions.
- Collaborate with the SHEQ Manager to submit CAPA investigation forms for approval and proposed corrective actions.
Corrective Action Oversight:
- Assign corrective action tasks to Heads of Departments (HODs) for approval and verify implementation through documented proof.
- Assist responsible personnel in closing out tasks and support continuous system improvements by advising on corrective actions and necessary documentation.
Reporting & Documentation:
- Provide weekly updates on outstanding CAPAs and tasks while compiling and presenting monthly and quarterly reports to the SHEQ committee.
- Maintain and update standard operating procedures (SOPs), ensuring they're communicated effectively to relevant departments.
Training & Development:
- Develop and deliver training material focused on SHEQ procedures, trends, hazards, and risks.
- Coordinate SHEQ inductions, maintain training matrices, and ensure compliance with training records.
Qualifications:
- Experience in quality management, CAPA processes, or SHEQ systems.
- Strong analytical and investigative skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Familiarity with document control and training management.
