Compass Medical Waste Services is looking for a creative, ambitious, and detail‑driven Marketing Assistant to join our dynamic team! If you have a passion for graphic design, video creation, and visual storytelling, this is your opportunity to make an impact in a growing, purpose-driven organisation.

 

As our Marketing Assistant, you will support our marketing team by bringing ideas to life through high‑quality visuals and engaging content. Key responsibilities include:

Graphic Design

  • Create digital and print-ready artwork for campaigns, social media, brochures, and promotional materials
  • Ensure all designs align with brand guidelines

Videography & Photography

  • Capture and edit compelling video content
  • Produce short clips, testimonials, product explainers, and campaign visuals

Content Support

  • Assist with content planning and development
  • Manage marketing assets and ensure organised storage of visuals

Campaign Support

  • Assist with the rollout of marketing campaigns
  • Support social media content creation and scheduling

 

We’d love to meet candidates who have:

  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, etc.)
  • A strong eye for branding, layout, and visual consistency
  • Solid experience in video editing and photography
  • Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
  • Creativity, initiative, and a proactive mindset
