Are you detail-oriented, organized, and passionate about ensuring that agreements are effectively managed and executed? We are seeking a dedicated Contracts Administrator to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in overseeing the lifecycle of contracts, ensuring compliance, and fostering strong relationships with stakeholders.

Key Resposibiliies:

• Receive and check account application forms, and load the account on Mfiles.
• Prepare contract related annexures for Compass Medical Waste Services and Daniels, with guidance from the Contracts Supervisor
• Verify information for the increase letters on a monthly basis, for the purposes of notifying customers of the annual increase, using the macros tool
• Draft addendums to SLA's as and when requests are received
• Prepare Special Quotes as and when required
• Provide administrative support to ales, support departments and customers

Key Requirements:

• Matric
• SAP woud be an advantage
• High attention to detail
• Good time management skills
• Ability to prioritise
• Ability to work independently
