The Role
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Primary Teacher who can:

Deliver engaging and differentiated lessons across the primary curriculum to meet the needs of all learners.

Support students’ personal and emotional development through a nurturing, relationship-based approach.

Foster a positive and structured learning environment in line with the school’s ethos and behaviour policies.

Collaborate with support staff, parents, and external agencies to ensure a holistic approach to pupil progress.

Promote British values and integrate SMSC (Spiritual, Moral, Social, and Cultural) development throughout the curriculum.
The Ideal Candidate

Holds Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and has experience in primary education.

Demonstrates an understanding of SEMH needs and strategies to support children effectively.

Adopts a compassionate, relationship-focused teaching style, fostering a sense of belonging and safety for pupils.

Has strong classroom management skills and the ability to create a calm, positive learning environment.

Thrives in a team-oriented environment with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
