English Teacher – Wembley – PRU – Full-Time – September 2025 Start – £150 to £300 per day

Are you an experienced English Teacher looking for a rewarding new role in an alternative provision? We are working with a well-established Pupil Referral Unit (PRU) in Wembley that is seeking a dedicated English Teacher to join their team from September. This is a full-time position teaching KS4 pupils across two supportive sites but this is negotiable. 

About the Role

• Full-time English Teacher role starting September 2025

• Teach English to KS4 pupils within a PRU setting

• Deliver engaging, differentiated lessons to support literacy development and exam preparation

• Work collaboratively with support staff and pastoral teams to meet students’ academic and emotional needs

• Teach across two PRU sites in the Brent area

The Ideal Candidate Will

• Hold QTS (Qualified Teacher Status)

• Have experience teaching English in a PRU, alternative provision, or with pupils with SEMH needs

• Be confident managing behaviour and building positive relationships with students

• Be committed to inclusive education and supporting pupils who may be disengaged from mainstream learning

• Have a DBS on the update service or be willing to apply
