SEN Teacher – Willesden – Permanent – Full-Time or Part-Time – September 2025 Start

Are you an experienced SEN Teacher looking for a new permanent role this September? We are working with a group of well-supported specialist schools in North West London who are seeking a dedicated and flexible SEN Teacher to join them on a long-term basis.

This role offers the opportunity to work in either a primary or secondary setting – or across both – depending on your background. It would be ideally suited to a teacher with experience in PRUs, SEN schools, or SEN departments within mainstream settings.

About the Role

• Permanent SEN Teacher position starting September 2025

• Full-time and part-time options available

• Deliver tailored lessons to pupils with a range of needs including ASD, SEMH, and complex learning difficulties

• Work within a supportive team, with opportunities to teach across different school sites

• Flexibility to teach in a primary or secondary specialist setting

• Driving licence preferred due to multi-site nature of the role

The Ideal Candidate Will

• Hold QTS (Qualified Teacher Status)

• Have experience working in SEN settings, PRUs, or SEN departments in mainstream schools

• Be confident planning differentiated lessons and managing behaviour in small groups

• Be passionate about inclusive education and committed to helping every child succeed

• Have an enhanced DBS on the update service or be willing to apply
