The Role
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Primary Teacher who can:

  • Deliver engaging and differentiated lessons across the primary curriculum to meet the needs of all learners.

  • Support students’ personal and emotional development through a nurturing, relationship-based approach.

  • Foster a positive and structured learning environment in line with the school’s ethos and behaviour policies.

  • Collaborate with support staff, parents, and external agencies to ensure a holistic approach to pupil progress.

  • Promote British values and integrate SMSC (Spiritual, Moral, Social, and Cultural) development throughout the curriculum.

The Ideal Candidate

  • Holds Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and has experience in primary education.

  • Demonstrates an understanding of SEMH needs and strategies to support children effectively.

  • Adopts a compassionate, relationship-focused teaching style, fostering a sense of belonging and safety for pupils.

  • Has strong classroom management skills and the ability to create a calm, positive learning environment.

  • Thrives in a team-oriented environment with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
