Essential Requirements

  • Level 3 Diploma for the Early Years Workforce (mandatory)
  • Experience working with children aged 0-5 years
  • Understanding of EYFS framework and child development
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Commitment to safeguarding and child welfare
