We are currently working with a fantastic Primary School in St Helen's who are looking for a Level 2 Teaching Assistant to work in their KS1 classes.  The role is to start ASAP on an ongoing basis.

You will be providing support to the class teachers in both Y1 and Y2.  The role will include general support and occassionally working with small groups.

This is a very well respected school and offers a warm welcome and a very happy environment to work in.  The SLT are very supportive & inclusive, and with the class teachers, they will provide you with all the help and support you need.

This a fantastic opportuinity for someone who is a dynamic and enthusiastic Level 2 (minimum) qualified Teaching Assistant who can engage with children effectively and settle quickly.

You must have:

  • A DBS Certificate on the update service (we can aarange this)
  • A CV covering all dates - including any gaps in work history
  • Proof of right to work in the UK
  • 2 professional references
  • Qualification passes in English and Maths
  • Holds a recognised Level 2 Teaching Assistant qualification (or higher)
