Are you an experienced Plumber with a passion for training the next generation of professionals? Choice Teachers is currently recruiting a Full-Time Plumbing Lecturer for a further education college in Luton.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a qualified Plumbing professional or experienced tutor to step into a rewarding teaching role in a supportive and forward-thinking college.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver engaging and high-quality lessons across Level 1 to Level 3 Plumbing courses

• Support students through their learning journey, offering practical and theoretical guidance

• Prepare teaching materials and assess student progress

• Maintain up-to-date records and ensure compliance with awarding body and college standards

• Contribute to curriculum development and continuous improvement

Requirements:

• Industry-recognised Plumbing qualifications (e.g. NVQ Level 3 or equivalent)

• Recognised teaching qualification (e.g. PGCE, Cert Ed, or Level 5 Diploma in Education and Training) or willingness to work towards one

• Previous teaching or training experience is desirable

• A strong understanding of current industry practices and Health & Safety legislation

• Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one)
