The Role
- Position: Mathematics Teacher - Key Stage 3 Focus
- Contract: 4 days per week (0.6 FTE)
- Students: Years 7, 8, and 9 (Ages 11-14)

Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver engaging and inspiring mathematics lessons to Key Stage 3 students
- Plan and prepare lessons that cater to diverse learning needs and abilities
- Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback
- Contribute to curriculum development and departmental initiatives
- Support students' mathematical confidence and problem-solving skills
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure excellent outcomes for all students
What We're Looking For
Essential Requirements:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
- Strong subject knowledge in mathematics
- Experience teaching Key Stage 3 mathematics (or willingness to develop)
- Excellent classroom management skills
- Commitment to high standards and student achievement
- Ability to inspire and motivate students of all abilities
Desirable Qualities:
- Experience with differentiated teaching strategies
- Knowledge of current mathematics curriculum and assessment methods
