The Role

We are seeking a motivated FP&A Analyst to join our finance team. In this role, you will support financial planning and analysis activities, helping to drive strategic decision-making and performance improvement across the organization. You will assist in budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis while collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate financial reporting.

Key Responsibilities

Demonstrate and champion Charles Taylor Values by ensuring Agility, Integrity, Care, and Accountability and collaboration.

• Assist in the preparation of annual budgets and quarterly forecasts.
• Conduct variance analysis and provide insights on financial performance.
• Prepare financial reports and presentations for management.
• Support ad-hoc financial analysis to aid strategic initiatives.
• Collaborate with business units to gather data and understand financial drivers.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and assist in trend / variance analysis.

Required Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (or equivalent).
• Proficiency in written/reading English (intermediate +)
• 2-4 years of experience in financial planning and analysis roles.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Excel and financial modeling.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Advanced knowledge of Office suite / Power BI / Power Pivot / accounting systems (such as softland or similar)
