Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to elicit, document, and validate business requirements.
  • Work with development and design teams to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
  • Ensure the final product aligns with business objectives and requirements.
  • Maintain roadmaps and contribute to project planning and monitoring for timely solution delivery.
  • Develop, structure, and organize internal project documentation.

Required Skills

  • Demonstrate and champion Charles Taylor Values by ensuring Agility, Integrity, Care, and Accountability and Collaboration.
  • Student or graduate of an Information Technology career (Computer Science, Information Systems, Information Technology, etc.) or work experience in IT projects.
  • 2+ years of experience in a similar role.  
  • Basic Knowledge of SDLC and Agile methodologies.
  • Pseudocode knowledge.
  • Basic knowledge of SQL.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and fast learning ability.
  • Proactive mindset.
  • Experience in Insurance industry.
  • English – Advanced, as used on a daily basis.
