For more information on Criterion, please visit www.criterionadjusters.com For more information on Charles Taylor, please visit www.charlestaylor.com The RoleA Senior Loss Adjuster has the responsibility to thoroughly investigating a claim, determining if liability is accepted and any payments are warranted, negotiating a financial settlement, and recommending payments to the Insured. Once the Insured makes a claim on their insurance policy, and the instructions are provided to Criterion by Insurers, you will first investigate the claim in order to determine if the claim is legitimate and whether the policy covers the damage/loss. Other information that may have to be collected include photos of property damage, and other pertinent information/proof of ownership required to fully evaluate a claim. If the adjuster determines that the claim on the policy is legitimate, the adjuster will then provide recommendations to Insurers and negotiate a settlement amount or assist with fulfilment through liaising with suppliers, surveyors, contractors or other specialists.
