The ideal candidate is a detail-oriented team player will handle all the resources and coordination from a technical standpoint. You must set and achieve objectives, ensure both top quality and control of the project, handle client and vendor interaction, and act as the subject expert.
Responsibilities:
- Support the implementation of Software Architecture according to technological and business needs.
- Use project management tools to develop/create and prepare project status tracking reports and required metrics for reporting purposes; analyze reports and make recommendations to improve processes.
- Provide the technical lead with information on the status and progress of the projects under their responsibility, including rough estimates of implementation time and resources.
- Manage ticketing and change management tools (ServiceNow).
- Support testing and development teams.
- Participate in the implementation of global solutions and migrations that impact the company.
- Manage non-functional requirements.
- Collaborate with other technical leads in the area (Information Security, Infrastructure, DBA, Communications, etc.)
