**Operational Accounts Administrator- Hybrid- Portsmouth- Salary £24,500 p.a.**

The Role

To support Operational Accounts team/Department in adhoc tasks, to ensure purchase invoices are processed in a timely manner and sending remittances task complete daily. Please note that this position starts from 3rd June 2024 onwards and will need few days a month in the office in Portsmouth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Processing purchase invoices from our providers.
  • Sending of sales invoices and payment remittances to our clients/providers.
  • Assisting in any adhoc tasks required by Accounts Assistant/Department.
  • Deal with any questions / compliance issues that arise.

 

Requirements

Qualifications

GCSE Maths and English (Grades A-C) - Essential

Skills

Computer knowledge to include Outlook, Work and Excel - Essential

Have strong written and verbal communication skills and a good telephone manner

Experience

At least 1 years' experience in an accounting environment - Desirable

Characteristics

Excellent attention to detail, numerical, organised, integrity, flexible, and confidential.

Be able to work on own initiative as well as in a team.

Be able to work to deadlines.

Location

Close proximity to Portsmouth office and can be available to come to the office as and when needed.
