Job Title: Commercial Sales Consultant

Hours: 45 hours per week

Pattern: 45 hours per week, worked over 5 days: 4 weekdays and a Saturday on one fixed shift pattern

Salary: £20,000 basic per annum + uncapped OTE (£50,000)

Job Description

• Welcoming customers and helping them find their ideal vehicle
• Turning enquiries and test drives into successful sales
• Building lasting customer relationships and repeat business
• Working closely with your Business Manager to maximise every opportunity

Candidate Requirements

• Full UK driving licence
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Motivation to hit and exceed targets
• Sales experience preferred (automotive helpful but not essential – full training provided)
