Salary:                      £24,000 basic with uncapped OT of £72,000

Location:                    Bristol, Netham Road – office based

Working Pattern:         42.5 hours over 5 days (to include a Sunday) on a fixed shift pattern

 

A High Earning Commercial Role at the Centre of a Customer Journey within an established and award-winning business.

Carbase is looking for a commercially focussed professional to take ownership of finance conversion and deal performance across our digital and showroom sales operation.

This exciting and rare role sits between sales, finance and customer experience – ensuring customers receive the right funding solutions while maximising revenue opportunities in a compliant, customer centred way.

This opportunity is ideal for someone experienced in regulated sales, consultive selling or performance-driver contact centre environments who want a role with genuine earning potential and clear structure.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Managing and converting warm inbound opportunities generated through our digital sales channels.
  • Structuring finance solutions and presenting tailored quotations to customers.
  • Submitting and overseeing compliant finance applications in line with FCA requirements.
  • Working closely with Sales teams to improve deal quality, penetration and profitability.
  • Coaching colleagues on identifying finance opportunities and improving conversion.
  • Ensuring every customer interaction delivers fair outcomes and strong satisfaction.
  • Maintaining accurate records across CRM, DMS and lender platforms.
  • Supporting the customer journey from enquiry through to completed transaction.

We’re Looking For Someone Who:

  • Has experience in regulated sales, financial services, automotive F&I, retail finance, or a target-driven contact centre.
  • Is commercially motivated and comfortable working towards performance-based earnings.
  • Can confidently explain financial products in a clear, customer-friendly way.
  • Understands compliance and the importance of process discipline (FCA knowledge desirable).
  • Thrives in a structured, fast-paced environment with consistent enquiry flow.
  • Enjoys collaborating with sales teams to improve overall performance.
