Are you a sales-driven leader with the energy and ambition to inspire high-performing teams?

Carbase is looking for a forward-thinking Sales & Service Leader to head up our digital sales and customer engagement operation. This pivotal role will see you developing and motivating teams, driving conversion, and shaping how customers connect with us across phone, web, live chat, email and AI-enabled channels.

You will turn enquiries into sales, insight into action, and strategy into measurable results—playing a key role in the continued growth of our business.

What you will be doing:

  • Own the full digital enquiry journey from first contact to conversion
  • Lead, coach and inspire digital sales teams to exceed targets
  • Drive performance across vehicles, finance, warranties and aftersales
  • Use data and insight to improve conversion and customer experience
  • Deliver seamless online-to-in-store customer journeys
  • Champion automation, AI and smarter ways of working
  • Ensure FCA, GDPR and internal compliance

What we are looking for:

  • Proven experience leading digital sales or contact centre teams
  • Strong commercial focus and passion for people leadership
  • Confident with CRM, lead management and reporting tools
  • Data-driven, customer-focused and results-oriented

This is a fully office-based role in Bristol. You will be required to work Monday to Saturday with a day off in the week.
