Salary: £35,000 to £40,000 dependent on experience + Bonus opportunity + Company EV 

Monday – Friday 8am – 5.30pm

Saturday 8am – 1pm (1 in 4)

✅ What you’ll be doing:

• Advanced Diagnostics & Repairs – Lead on complex fault-finding, advanced diagnostics and high-level repairs across a wide range of vehicles.
• Technical Leadership & Mentorship – Support, guide and mentor Technicians, sharing expertise and promoting best practice across the workshop.
• Quality & Standards – Set the benchmark for workmanship, ensuring all repairs meet manufacturer, safety and Carbase quality standards.
• Continuous Development – Keep your technical knowledge up to date through ongoing training and development opportunities.
• Customer & Business Excellence – Play a key role in maintaining customer trust by delivering consistently high-quality, right-first-time repairs.

✅ What you’ll need:

• Proven experience as a Master Technician or Senior Vehicle Technician
• Exceptional diagnostic and fault-finding capability
• Strong leadership and mentoring skills, with a collaborative approach
• A meticulous eye for detail and pride in delivering outstanding work
• A full UK driving licence with a clean or near-clean record
