Service Advisor, Bristol

£28,903.00 per annum

The normal working hours are Monday to Friday 8am – 5.30pm and one in four Saturdays 8am – 1pm (as per rota).

As a Service Advisor, you will be at the heart of our customer journey, working closely with both our customers and the Carbase team to deliver the seamless service experience we pride ourselves on. This role is key to helping us achieve our service goals and exceed expectations.

🔑 Key Responsibilities

• Welcome customers, listen to their requests, and handle queries with care and professionalism
• Liaise with technicians to schedule appointments, repairs, and servicing
• Keep customers updated with progress reports and follow-up calls
• Provide accurate cost estimates and process payments
• Work closely with our Preparation, Parts, and Sales teams to deliver a seamless service
• Build long-term relationships with customers to encourage repeat business and loyalty
• Share your knowledge of our products and services, showcasing why Carbase is the service of choice

🙌 What We’re Looking For

• GCSE English & Maths (Grade C/4 or equivalent)
• Full UK Driving Licence
• Strong communication skills (both verbal and written) with a passion for customer care
• Ability to prioritise workload and work on your own initiative
• IT skills including MS Excel, Word, and Outlook
• Friendly and approachable, with the ability to quickly build rapport
• Previous customer service experience (ideally working to targets)
• Automotive, motor trade, or dealership experience is preferred – but not essential, as full training will be given
