Salary: £21060.00 to £25,715.26 per annum plus OTE bonus opportunity

The normal working hours are 40.5 hours per week, worked over 5 days: 4 weekdays and either a Saturday or Sunday.

Key responsibilities:

• Customer Interaction: You will be the first point of contact for customers, handling inbound calls with a focus on exceptional service.
• Problem Solving: Your goal is to make the process easy for the customer by offering solutions to any issues that arise.
• Customer Excitement: You'll be helping customers during a significant purchase, meaning you'll need to match their excitement and enthusiasm.
