Salary: £24,000 annum plus OTE bonus opportunity

The normal working hours are 40.5 hours per week, worked over 5 days: 3 weekdays and a Saturday & Sunday.

We are looking for confident, customer-focused individuals to join our Contact Centre as the first point of contact for our customers. You will support customers through one of their most exciting purchases, delivering excellent service while building strong relationships over the phone.

No car knowledge needed – full training provided. If you enjoy speaking to customers, working towards targets, and delivering great service, we’d love to hear from you.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Handling inbound customer calls professionally and confidently
• Using your phone-based experience to build rapport and identify customer needs
• Providing sales support and promoting relevant products and services
• Converting enquiries into positive outcomes while delivering excellent service
• Resolving queries efficiently and keeping customers informed throughout their journey

What We’re Looking For

• Previous phone-based customer service or sales experience is highly advantageous
• Confident communicator with a friendly, engaging approach
• Target-driven with a passion for achieving results
• Organised, detail-focused and comfortable using computer systems
• Positive attitude and strong customer-first mindset
