We are looking for a skilled Bodyshop Stripper/Fitter to join our growing team at our busy Avonmouth Preparation Centre

This is a hands-on role where you will be responsible for removing and refitting body panels and components on a wide range of vehicles.

Key responsibilities:

• Remove and refit vehicle parts to a high standard, ensuring all body repairs meet quality expectations
• Work confidently across a wide range of makes and models
• Carry out Mechanical, Electrical, and Trim (MET) work, along with body-related tasks on assigned jobs
• Dismantle and rebuild vehicles as per job instructions and specifications
• Maintain a high level of accuracy, efficiency, and attention to detail in all tasks
• Work effectively both independently and as part of a small, focused team
• Perform thorough quality checks upon completion to ensure all work is defect-free
• Meet set targets and deadlines while maintaining workmanship quality

Person Specification:

• A minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar Stripper/Fitter or Bodyshop role
• Ideally, you’ll hold a full UK driving licence for flexibility across site operations
• Ability to provide your own tools, suitable for the role
