£20,000 basic + uncapped OTE (£44,000)

42.25 hours per week: 5 days – 3 weekdays + Saturday & Sunday on a fixed shift

What you’ll be doing:

• Welcoming customers and guiding them to their ideal vehicle
• Converting enquiries and test drives into sales
• Building strong, lasting customer relationships
• Working closely with your Business Manager to maximise every deal

What you’ll need:

• Full UK driving licence
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Drive to hit and exceed targets
• Sales or automotive experience helpful – full training provided
