Salary: £21,970 to £27,000 per annum (pro-rated)

The normal working hours will average 24 hours per week, worked over 3-4 days, including one weekend day.

As a Showroom Host, you will be the friendly face that greets every customer that walks through our doors. Key Responsibilities:

• Providing customers with a warm and friendly welcome
• Answering inbound telephone calls with a helpful and professional manner
• Offering refreshments and maintaining a presentable reception and waiting area
• Providing general administrative support to the team

Person Specification:

• Will be enthusiastic, organised and well presented
• A natural communicator with a friendly telephone manner
• Passionate about delivering outstanding customer service
• A team player that thrives within a fast-paced environment
