Inventory Marketing Assistant

Salary: £22,100 to £27,000 per annum

Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week

At Carbase, our Marketing Administrator plays a key role in making sure our vehicle listings are accurate, appealing, and up to standard. This includes writing clear and precise descriptions, collaborating closely with our photography team to ensure images reflect our quality standards, and maintaining our listings across our website and advertising platforms.

Working within a small team of highly skilled Marketeers from our Weston office, this role is ideal for someone eager to start their career in Marketing within a supportive, dynamic environment.

Merchandising Management:

• Create and maintain accurate vehicle listings, including detailed specifications and verified pricing, across our website and advertising platforms.
• Ensure all vehicle data is up to date within internal inventory systems and external platforms.
• Maintain brand consistency and ensure all adverts comply with regulatory and advertising standards.
• Coordinate with the photography team to manage and update a comprehensive library of vehicle images and videos.
• Work closely with sales teams to verify vehicle details, respond to stock queries, and ensure listing accuracy.
• Conduct keyword research and optimise vehicle listings for search engine optimisation (SEO) to improve online performance.

Marketing Progression:

As you develop in the role, you’ll have the opportunity to:

• Support content creation for social media platforms.
• Assist in managing the company’s online reputation through reviews and feedback channels.
• Contribute to internal marketing campaigns and creative initiatives that support brand growth.

Person Specification:

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to prioritise tasks and work proactively.
• Good organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.
• Basic knowledge of Photoshop and video editing software.
• GCSE Level C (5) or above in English and Maths, or equivalent qualifications.
• Computer literacy and general proficiency with technology are essential.
