Salary - £20,000 with uncapped OTE of £44,000
The normal working hours are 45 hours per week, worked over 5 days: 4 weekdays and a Saturday on one fixed shift pattern.
Key responsibilities:
- Deliver an Exceptional Customer Experience: Create a welcoming and friendly atmosphere for customers, guiding them through vehicle choices and showcasing our range of products with enthusiasm.
- Drive Sales Success: Convert test drives and walk-ins into successful purchases, consistently meeting or exceeding both personal and store-wide sales and profit targets.
- Stay Knowledgeable and Confident: Keep up-to-date with our diverse and evolving product range and services to confidently assist customers in making informed decisions.
- Collaborate for Success: Partner closely with your Business Manager to maximize the value of each transaction, fostering teamwork and receiving continuous support as you work toward achieving excellence.
Person Specification:
- Must hold a valid, full UK driving licence.
- Will have a strong drive for success and a commitment to achieving both individual and team sales targets are key to excelling in this position.
- Will have exceptional Customer Service Skills and have a passion for delivering outstanding customer service.
- Have strong interpersonal skills to ensure you can build lasting relationships with customers.
- Will have previous experience within a busy sales environment.
- Previous experience within the automotive industry would be advantageous but is not essential as full training will be given.
