I’m currently working on three legal opportunities with a leading global financial institution in New York, supporting its Capital Markets and Global Markets businesses.

The roles span VP through to Director and Senior Director, offering opportunities for lawyers at different levels of seniority.

Areas of focus include:

• Fixed Income & Equities
• Institutional Sales & Trading
• Central Clearing
• Capital Markets
• Trading documentation & regulatory advisory

Looking for lawyers with strong financial markets experience, excellent stakeholder management skills and a commercial approach to legal risk.

VP - 5+ years' PQE | Juris Doctor degree | Admitted to practice in NY

Director - 12+ years' legal experience | Juris Doctor degree | Admitted to practice in NY | Fixed Income & Equities experience

Senior Director - 12+ years' legal experience | Juris Doctor degree | Admitted to practice in NY | Fixed Income & Equities experience
