Compliance Analyst – London (Hybrid)

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Compliance Analyst to join a growing and highly regarded investment management firm based in Central London. Working closely with senior compliance and legal stakeholders, you'll gain exposure to a broad range of regulatory matters while contributing to key compliance initiatives across the business.

Key responsibilities include:
• Supporting the enhancement and implementation of compliance monitoring frameworks
• Assisting with the development and maintenance of compliance policies and procedures
• Monitoring trading activity and market disclosure obligations
• Maintaining compliance registers and restricted lists
• Conducting AML/KYC reviews
• Supporting regulatory filings, reviews and notifications
• Reviewing marketing materials and investor communications from a regulatory perspective
• Liaising with colleagues across the business to promote a strong compliance culture

About you:
• Degree educated (2:1 or above preferred)
• Around 2–3 years' experience within financial services compliance is advantageous, although strong candidates with relevant transferable skills will also be considered
• Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
• Confident communicator with the ability to build relationships across teams
• Proactive, adaptable and comfortable managing multiple priorities
• Exposure to investment management regulation would be beneficial
• Technical skills such as Python, VBA or SQL are a plus, but not essential
