Finance Manager - Part-Time (3 days), Permanent | London

A rare opportunity for a senior finance professional seeking genuine ownership, flexibility and a role worth their time.

The organisation

A globally recognised institutional investor with a significant and growing presence in London. A small, high-calibre team operating at the sharp end of European real estate and private equity.

The role

Standalone Finance Manager covering the full breadth of the UK finance function. You will be the senior finance lead on the ground, working closely with the London Business Manager and reporting into a Head of Financial Reporting based overseas.

Responsibilities include financial control, management reporting, budgeting and forecasting, FP&A, year-end and audit, corporate tax, payroll oversight and supporting finance system developments.

What we're looking for

• ACA, ACCA or CIMA qualified
• 7-10 years of relevant experience, ideally within financial services
• Comfortable as the sole finance representative - self-sufficient, reliable, happy to take ownership
• Strong technical knowledge across financial reporting, UK tax and regulatory requirements
• A can-do approach and the ability to present clearly to senior stakeholders

Working pattern

Three days per week on a hybrid basis. Specific days and split can be discussed.
