A well-established wealth management business is looking to appoint a Marketing Executive to join its growing marketing team. Supporting a wide range of marketing activities across digital, events, communications and brand management, this role offers excellent exposure to the full marketing mix within a highly regarded financial services environment.

This is a varied and hands-on position that will see you working closely with marketing colleagues and key stakeholders across the business. You'll play an important role in the delivery of client communications, events, digital content and brand initiatives that support both client engagement and business growth.

The role would suit an organised and proactive marketing professional looking to broaden their experience across multiple disciplines while developing their career within a collaborative and fast-paced team.

The successful candidate will be involved in:

  • Supporting the delivery of marketing activity across digital, events, communications and brand initiatives
  • Managing website updates and ensuring online content remains accurate and up to date
  • Assisting with the creation and distribution of social media content to drive engagement and visibility
  • Coordinating regular client communications across multiple channels
  • Supporting internal communications activity and maintaining marketing resources for colleagues across the business
  • Assisting with the planning and execution of client events, hospitality programmes, webinars and conferences
  • Producing marketing collateral, invitations and supporting materials for campaigns and events
  • Maintaining brand consistency across presentations, literature and marketing assets
  • Liaising with external agencies and suppliers on creative, design and production requirements
  • Managing branded merchandise, printed materials and associated inventory processes
  • Coordinating seasonal gifting programmes and ensuring timely delivery to clients
  • Providing administrative support across marketing campaigns, projects and day-to-day team activities

The ideal candidate should have:

  • Experience in a marketing role, ideally within financial services, professional services or a regulated environment
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong attention to detail
  • Experience supporting events, digital marketing or client communications activities
  • Confidence working with internal stakeholders and external suppliers
  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly PowerPoint, Word and Excel
  • Experience working with websites, social media platforms and marketing collateral
  • A proactive and positive approach with the ability to work independently when required
  • Strong team ethic and willingness to support colleagues across a broad range of activities
  • Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite would be advantageous, although not essential
