Our client, a leading not for profit housing association, is looking for two driver/labourers  to start on either Monday 27^th or Tuesday 28^th June 2022.

Our client would prefer candidates with a full, clean driving licence who are able to drive up to a 7.5tonne vehicle. 

For the right people, the work is temp to perm. 

Rate of pay - £10.50 - £11.76 per hour

Hours of work – Monday to Thursday 7.45am – 4.15pm and Friday 7.45am – 3.30pm

The successful applicant will be working on the empty property division and duties include stripping walls / floors of empty properties , ripping out any furniture that is still within the property, disposing of waste left within the properties and general cleaning and tidying duties of the properties before new tenants arrive.

Ideally you will hold a valid CSCS card and basic construction knowledge 

Ideally applicants will have some cleaning experience. Also, applicants must be physically fit as there will be a lot of manual handling involves within the role.
