Due to a busy order book, our client based in Rochdale is looking for a number of Packing Operatives to join their team on a temp to perm basis. 

This is a great opportunity to join a well known and established family firm who invest in staff development. 

Hours - 6am to 2pm / 2pm - 10pm - £9.50 with a 20% shift allowance - £11.40 ph

Whilst on training for the first few weeks, you will be required to work 7.30am- 3.30pm and be paid £9.50ph. After training, you will be on shifts and be paid £11.40 per hour. 

The role will involve packing finished products in accordance with agreed packaging standards and to generally support the packing and despatch team.

The successful packer will be quality checking goods and then packing them for distribution.

Key tasks & Responsibilities:
- To receive products for packaging
- To ensure product is in suitable condition
- To package and label products
- To maintain good housekeeping standards
- To report any concerns to the Manager
- To work flexibly as part of the team and to support other team members as required
