Our international client based in Chadderton (Oldham) requires an experienced Sales Administrator to join their team on an ongoing contract. Rate of Pay - £11.75 to £14.28 d.o.e Hours of work - 08:00-16:30 Monday to Friday (with the chance to work from home once fully trained) As a Sales Administrator, you will work in the Sales Administration & Forwarding department and be responsible for looking after your assigned international clientèle. Job Role - To be the first point of contact for the company’s clients administrative queries - Preparation of quotations for company parts - Enter incoming orders onto the system - Check and follow up on delivery dates - Prepare customs & shipping documents - Invoicing - Maintain customer relationships - Work closely with the sales, project planning & logistics departments of the business Person Profile – - Previous experience within an export role is preferable as is several years’ experience within a technical industrial company - A keen interest in technical products - At least 3 years Sales Administration experience - Excellent team working skills and the ability to work independently from home. - Excellent PC skills – All MS packages.
