Our client is a well established manufacturer based in Brighouse currently on the hunt for a Multi-skilled Operative. 

ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES -

- Operating machinery in a manufacturing setting 

- Leading a small team 

- Working in a fast paced environment 

-Weighing and mixing ingredients - Chemicals 

- Working to strict H&S regulations 

- Production planning 

- Ensuring KPI's are adhered to 

- Effective communication

PERSONAL EXPERIENCE/ SKILLS/ and ATTITUDE

• Previous mixing / milling experience
• Ability to work flexible hours
• Previous experience in a technical role
• Fork Lift Truck license (preferred)
• An eye for detail and good communication skills
• Dedication to seeing a job through in a timely manner
• Hardworking ethic / self-starter, good physical fitness.
• Conscientious and good timekeeping
• As a more senior individual on the shop-floor, you are responsible for identifying and raising improvements to production to senior management as appropriate.

HOURS OF WORK

• (Monday to Thursday) 7:30am to 5pm, Friday (7:30 to 12pm).
• Note: one day per week (Monday to Thursday only), you will work a later shift 11:30am to 9pm instead of 7:30 to 5pm. Ability to work flexible hours, is essential. Typical work
