Position Overview:
An esteemed manufacturer in the Burnley area is seeking a proficient Power Press Setter to enhance their dynamic team. This pivotal role ensures the seamless operation of power press machinery, maintaining superior production quality.


Key Responsibilities:
- Tool Changing: Set up and change tools on power press machines for various production runs.
- Optimisation: Monitor and optimise machine performance to achieve maximum efficiency and output.
- Troubleshooting: Promptly diagnose and resolve issues to minimise downtime.
- Fault Finding: Conduct procedures to identify and rectify mechanical and electrical issues.
- Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance and inspections to ensure proper machine functioning.
- Quality Control: Ensure all products meet required quality standards and specifications.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to health and safety guidelines to maintain a safe working environment.

Key Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Power Press Setter in a manufacturing environment.
- Strong mechanical and technical skills, with expertise in tool changes, optimisation, troubleshooting, and fault finding.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
