FLT Counterbalance Driver – Ossett

Location: Ossett WF5
Pay: £13.09 per hour DOE
Hours: Monday–Friday 6am start, Must be prepaired to work till 6pm 

Aqumen Recruitment are currently recruiting for an experienced FLT Counterbalance Driver to join a busy manufacturing and warehouse operation in Ossett.

This is a hands-on role where your main focus will be FLT driving, loading/unloading and stock movement, with some general production duties when required.

The Role

• Operating Counterbalance FLT to load and unload materials

• Moving stock safely around the warehouse and production areas

• Picking and stock control using scanners

• Loading and unloading vehicles

• Supporting general manufacturing and production activities

• Carrying out basic quality checks and manual handling

• Working safely and helping the team meet production targets

You Need

• Valid Counterbalance FLT licence – essential

• Previous FLT experience in a warehouse or manufacturing environment

• Good attention to detail

• Reliable and flexible approach to work

• Comfortable with manual handling

• Ability to support production when required

• Flexibility to work extended shifts of up to 12 hours during busy periods
